The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for planning the demand and supply for a/multiple product category within LG Electronics' business units. Lead a team of planners to align stakeholder inputs and facilitate a robust S&OP planning process. Demand Management Manage and own the rolling demand forecast for business units assigned Review and manage inventory to align with KPI's (safety stock, days of inventory, turns) Supply Management Review the forecasting, sales capability, Inventory KPI's for alignment and meeting business requirements highlights and presents the status of the business to stakeholders and senior leadership (weekly) Interface with installed ERP tools to control and manage the business Set and manage system operating parameters to align system(s) with the required and anticipated planning requirements; Team Management Bilingual in Korean and English (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant discipline 4+ years of experience in demand and/or supply planning Prioritizing/Time Management Skills.
