As a VP - Relationship Manager you will be successful by understanding the challenges and hurdles of the industry, and how the Rabobank can support the customer.

The VP - Relationship Manager will focus on developing individual relationships with primary producers in the Saskatchewan, Canada territory.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand a network of relevant internal and external relations (e.g., appraisers, attorneys, CPAs, agricultural retailers, product buyers, bankers, title companies, realtors, and educators).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of client/prospect agriculture industry.
• Contribute to the development of lead generation for the own area or client group.
• Move the loan through the Customer Team, in accordance with the Stages of the Sales Process.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 CAD

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank Canada's compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to Rabobank Canada employees, including healthcare benefits, employer registered pension plan contributions, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and possible discretionary bonuses.
