We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join the MCAN's Marketing team. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will work under the direction of the Corporate Brand and Marketing Director and is responsible in supporting various aspects of marketing and communication efforts and playing a crucial role in promoting the company's brand and messages. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will assist in marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and coordinating events. The incumbent will be focusing on content creation for various channels such as social media, email newsletters, and blog posts, contributing to engaging materials. Additionally, supporting sales, reporting, public relations activities, stakeholder engagement, and compliance tasks, offering valuable experience in a dynamic financial services environment with opportunities for growth and skill development. Supporting partner relations by facilitating regular communication and assistance, coordinating inquiries, and jointly developing marketing materials. Facilitating seamless client experiences by assisting with communications and inquiries, gathering feedback to enhance services, and implementing engagement initiatives. Streamlining sales processes by crafting sales support materials, coordinating meetings and training sessions, maintaining collateral libraries, and updating CRM and Power BI for sales and marketing reporting. Contributing to email marketing campaigns by assisting in content creation, list segmentation, and scheduling, while monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with regulations. Offering comprehensive event support by managing logistics, preparing materials, and facilitating post-event activities, including feedback gathering and database updates. Providing comprehensive website support by maintaining content, images, and assets, coordinating updates and enhancements with stakeholders or vendors, and managing digital marketing channels such as Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising and affiliate marketing. Additionally, support basic analytics tracking, monitor campaign performance, and implement optimizations to enhance digital channel performance. Maintaining brand consistency by overseeing visual identity, messaging, and tone across all channels, while monitoring online mentions and sentiment, and supporting the development of brand guidelines. Analyzing marketing performance metrics including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates to generate reports for campaign evaluation and optimization while offering insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies based on data analysis. Ensuring marketing materials comply with regulations, managing internal reporting, staying updated on laws like GDPR, and collaborating with legal teams to review materials ensure adherence to guidelines. The work experience, skills, education that you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent. Preferably 2-3 years of experience in events coordination and/or digital marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM (Salesforce) content management systems, social platforms and basic analytics software for tracking campaign performance. Understanding of marketing principles and communication strategies is crucial, including knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing best practices, and event coordination. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Being adaptable and creative, allowing individuals to navigate shifting market trends, contribute fresh ideas, and effectively solve problems in dynamic environments.
