You
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Demonstrate proven experience with EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
- Possess a strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a track record of creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Showcase a passion for instilling a love of learning in young children.
