Conduct and manage daily operations to meet productivity targets and quality standards. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 1-3 years of direct management experience. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
