Tasks:
  1. Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  2. Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  3. Collect and screen applicants
  4. Review candidate inventories
  5. Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  6. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  7. Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  8. Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs
