We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Duties: This job includes, but is not limited to, the following: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Schedule and confirm appointments; Determine and establish office procedures and routines; Requisition or order office supplies, equipment and materials; and arrange for maintenance and repair work Ensure smooth operation of equipment Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, record and prepare minutes of meetings; Compile data, statistics and other information Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, oversee payroll administration Provide customer service; Maintain and manage digital database; Develop and update engaging contents for the company's website; Create an online presence by means of autoresponder email campaigns. Qualifications required: Minimum high school graduate, preferably college diploma or training in business or related field; At least one year experience as office administrative assistant; Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision; Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
