This is an on-site role located in Niagara Falls, ON, at the DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton; remote work is not available.
Responsibilities include demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment to staff, supervising kitchen workers, creating new recipes, instructing cooks in preparation and presentation, preparing meals, and requisitioning food and kitchen supplies.
