Position Purpose

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate supports all manual activities carried out across the various departments of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and/or physical processing tasks in various plant departments;
• Deburr and polish parts;
• Prepare parts before and after painting;
• Package products, with or without supervision, according to customer requirements;
• Maintain indoor and outdoor work areas;
• Follow up on work progress with the Supervisor;
• Identify products using engraving equipment or stamping when required (machine setup and manual programming);
• Perform other related duties.

Job RequirementsEducation

• High school diploma (DES) completed;
• 1-2 years of experience in manual labor.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards is an asset;
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written);
• Forklift operation experience is an asset.

Personal Skills

• Ability to work under pressure;
• Strong time management and prioritization skills;
• Good interpersonal communication skills;
• Autonomy and sound judgment;
• Forklift certification;
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality work;
• Organized;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
