The Showroom and Tool Centre Manager plays an active role in developing and implementing sales strategies for both departments. The incumbent coordinates, structures, supervises, and monitors the various activities under their responsibility to ensure efficient operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 6 to 8 advisors and designers;
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate employees;
  • Demonstrate a leadership style focused on collaboration and autonomy.

Sales and Strategy

  • Establish and achieve ambitious sales targets;
  • Analyze performance indicators and recommend improvements;
  • Collaborate with management on business development initiatives.

Operations and Inventory

  • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and stock control;
  • Review and validate administrative processes (invoices, quotations, returns);
  • Continuously optimize internal procedures and workflows.

Relationships and Events

  • Manage customer and supplier claims with professionalism and attention to detail;
  • Represent the company at events and promotional activities;
  • Coordinate showroom collection updates with the marketing department.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Strong experience in sales, team management, and business development.
  • Thorough understanding of inventory management processes.
  • Strong financial and strategic analysis skills.
  • High level of organization, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
