The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and performance of the institution, with a focus on sustainable growth, enrollment stability, institutional transformation, and sector-wide change. This role requires an accomplished executive leader with experience in a post-secondary environment of comparable complexity and scope, who is strategic, data-informed, and capable of managing change thoughtfully. The President will work closely with the Board of Governors, Senate, and government, and must demonstrate strong governance acumen, political insight, and the ability to build productive relationships.
