The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's strategic, service, and funding objectives, and will steward its people, financial, and organizational resources. This role requires a community-centered and vision-driven leader with a strong commitment to social well-being and accessible programs and services. The Executive Director will also be the primary ambassador, building and sustaining relationships across the community, government, volunteers, and the sector to ensure the organization remains a trusted, collaborative partner. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should be progressive advocates with strong strategic and administrative abilities, including team leadership, finance, community relations, and governance. The preferred candidate will have a post-secondary degree, at least 5 years of senior management experience, and a background in non-profit, community, or social service settings. Additional assets include knowledge of the local communities and regional social and health systems, lived experience or deep professional experience working with the communities served, and proficiency in languages beyond English.
