Account Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a Call Centre Billing Representative to join their team. As a Call Centre Billing Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Contact Centre operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Call Centre Billing Representative

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm and Saturday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, with rotating shifts including evenings and Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Handle approximately 50 inbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service to insured clients and staff
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies collaboratively with insurance partners and underwriters
• Act as a company ambassador by supporting inbound billing inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Communicate clearly and effectively through phone and email, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently
• Gather relevant information systematically to ensure seamless customer interactions and follow-up

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably within insurance or banking sectors
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Quick adaptability to evolving work environments and processes
• Professional telephone and email etiquette with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and web-based applications within Windows environment
