CNC ASSISTANT OPERATOR

We are looking for a full-time CNC assistant operator to work at one of our clients, a leading manufacturer and distributor of recyclable cardboard packaging and pallets.
Responsibilities :
As a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Assistant Operator, you will assist the machinist or lead operator on the production floor by preparing raw materials, loading parts and measuring finished products using precision instruments.
Key Roles and Tasks :
- Loading: Positioning and securing raw parts in the CNC machine.
- Inspection: Measure machined parts using micrometres or gauges to verify quality.
- Maintenance: Clean the work area and carry out basic maintenance on the equipment.
- Support: Assist with tool changes and set-ups.
