Our client, a well-established leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Directeur(trice) projet Bâtiment to join their team. As a Directeur(trice) projet Bâtiment, you will be part of the project management department supporting construction projects across Québec and the Côte-Nord region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Directeur(trice) projet Bâtiment

Location: Québec

Pay Range: $135,000 - $170,000

What's the Job?

• Lead and oversee large-scale building construction projects from initiation to completion
• Plan, organize, and control project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery
• Supervise and coordinate on-site teams and project management staff
• Maintain close communication with clients, partners, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
• Ensure quality standards and project compliance are consistently met

• Significant experience in construction project management, particularly in building projects
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent organizational and responsibility management skills
• Comfortable with both on-site and strategic roles
