Job Title: Autopart Planner

Location: Acton, ON

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Autopart Planner to join our team in Acton, ON. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in using various industry portals and have a strong background in filling CNC's. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the procurement of automotive parts using portals such as Chrysler, Active Aero, Honda, Toyota, Ryder LMS, and Expediters.
Ensure timely and accurate filling of CNC's to meet production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Analyze demand forecasts and adjust procurement plans accordingly.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
Identify and resolve any issues related to parts procurement and delivery.
Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Autopart planning and procurement.
Strong knowledge of Chrysler, Active Aero, Honda, Toyota, Ryder LMS, and Expediters portals.
Extensive experience in filling CNC's.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
