About Us

Our client is a global consulting firm that partners with organizations across the industrial spectrum to unlock strategic growth and operational efficiency. Our focus spans manufacturing and agriculture-related supply chains, helping clients reimagine possibilities through domain expertise and innovation. As we expand our reach in Western Canada, we're seeking a seasoned professional with deep roots in agri-business to help lead the way.

The Opportunity

This is a consulting role designed for someone who has lived the business-someone who understands the rhythm of seasons, the complexity of agricultural supply chains, and the nuanced transformation of raw input into value-added products. You'll guide executive conversations and shape client strategies by drawing from extensive experience in agri-based manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients across a range of initiatives spanning supply chain management, R&D, manufacturing operations, sustainability, and customer engagement
  • Craft go-to-market strategies tailored to the agri-business landscape in Western Canada
  • Lead strategic research and solution development, collaborating closely with global leadership
  • Uncover and develop new business opportunities through domain awareness and market insight
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagements with clarity, authority, and commercial fluency

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in agriculture-focused manufacturing industries-particularly those tied to farming, fertilizers, seeds, food nutrition, or downstream agri-products
  • Strong background in supply chain strategy, operations, or transformation within this industry context
  • Experience managing or advising on improvement programs across multiple business functions
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (non-technical) and general awareness of digital tools such as analytics, automation, AI, and cloud platforms
  • Advanced working skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Maturity and confidence in engaging senior client executives, including C-suite leaders
  • Preference for candidates based in or open to relocation to Calgary

What Success Looks Like

  • Driving transformation programs that blend practical industry know-how with strategic acumen
  • Expanding the firm's influence and business in the Western region through trusted client relationships
  • Consistent contribution to both billable projects and pre-sales initiatives
  • Establishing yourself as a go-to expert in agri-business consulting within a global network

Why This Role

If you've built a career around the agri value chain and are ready to shift from hands-on execution to strategic impact, this is your next step. Join us in shaping the future of agriculture-driven consulting-without leaving the industry behind.
