Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support professional. The Help Desk Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security. Day-to-day tasks include managing network administration, resolving IT-related problems for clients, and delivering excellent customer service. S chedule is 8:30 am till 12:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
- Information Technology and Network Security knowledge
- Customer Service expertise
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in IT support roles is a plus
- Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are beneficial
