Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support professional. The Help Desk Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security. Day-to-day tasks include managing network administration, resolving IT-related problems for clients, and delivering excellent customer service. S chedule is 8:30 am till 12:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
  • Information Technology and Network Security knowledge
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in IT support roles is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are beneficial
