Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Full-Time/Permanent

Location: Mississauga, ON

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00pm

Salary: $75K+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer's order is processed and filled in a timely manner
  • Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner
  • Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual French and English at a professional level
  • 2-3 years' experience in Product Order Management
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • SAP is an asset
