Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Full-Time/Permanent
Location: Mississauga, ON
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00pm
Salary: $75K+

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone
- Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer's order is processed and filled in a timely manner
- Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner
- Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual French and English at a professional level
- 2-3 years' experience in Product Order Management
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- SAP is an asset
