Job Description: Inspections Dispatcher
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inspections Dispatcher with 1-3 years of experience in customer service and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls and is proficient in both verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and prioritize incoming customer calls, ensuring timely and efficient response.
- Dispatch service technicians and assign tasks based on urgency, location, and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule inspection appointments while managing calendar conflicts.
- Open and close service calls using online dispatching systems.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the service department.
- Maintain and organize an extensive service contract filing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatching and/or customer service.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Proficient with Windows-based computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
