Our client, a well-established provider of commercial waste and recycling services, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to grow their business across the Greater Toronto Area, including Oshawa. This role is focused on developing new B2B accounts and selling multi-year service contracts (typically 3 to 5 years) to mid- to large-sized businesses
As the Territory Sales Rep, you'll play a key role in identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and leading negotiations for service agreements. You'll also conduct site visits, service walk-throughs, and support renewals.
Territory: Greater Toronto area + Oshawa to GTA
Workplace: Home office (occasional visit to office)
Products/Services: Waste and recycling services
Salary: Base $68,000-$75,000
Commissions/Bonus: Commissions $36,000-$40,000 annually
Car allowance: $1,100 per month
Expense's reimbursement: Activities such as golf and lunch etc , covered by company

Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 90% vs 10%
Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English
Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business or marketing is a plus
Training: Full training provided
Overnight Travel: Very little overnight required
Years of experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant B2B sales experience needed
