Your role is important:
Reporting to the Network Director, the Regional Operations and Business Development Manager is responsible for the development, profitability and optimization of points of service in his/her territory. This person is also a guardian of compliance, ensuring adherence to good clinical practices, national regulations, Biron Sleep Care policies and procedures, as well as internal and external quality standards.

The leader has the boldness to explore that will enable him/her to accompany Biron Sleep Care in its digital transformation and diversify its service offering, proactively contributing to stimulating and increasing the profitability of activities in its territory.
Your responsibilities:
Operationnal Management
- Inspire teams to provide exemplary and personalized customer service in a professional and welcoming environment to create and sustain the Biron brand.
- Oversee staff scheduling to meet demand for face-to-face and virtual services as required.
- Lead projects to open new points of service, launch new medical services and actively participate in corporate projects (e.g. digital transformation, branding, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze and upgrade performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, financial and operational results, and propose strategies to increase profitability of points of service.
- Ensure regular presence on sites to guarantee compliance, efficiency and quality of operations.
- Identify and recommend improvements to optimize front-line behaviors and ensure Biron brand compliance at sites within territory.
- Effectively deal with complaints and crisis situations in its territory by listening to concerns and proposing rapid, if possible permanent, and appropriate solutions.
Business Development
- Stay abreast of business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to strengthen the reputation and appeal of existing and expanding points of service.
- Analyze market trends in the region and advise the sales department on growth strategies to meet changing customer needs.
- Participate in the strategic planning of its business line aimed at territory growth, providing recommendations based on financial and operational analyses.
- Develop and maintain a network of referring medical clinics, healthcare professionals and partners to promote business growth and establish service corridors to meet customer needs.
Financial management and performance
- Develop, monitor and optimize the operating budget of the points of service under its responsibility.
- Implement financial monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure sound management of resources.
- Identify and be on the lookout for investment or cost rationalization opportunities to maximize profitability in his/her territory.
- Understand detailed financial reports for management, including recommendations based on data analysis to support informed decision-making. Human resources management
- Actively promote the corporate culture by continually embodying and demonstrating the organization's values on a daily basis, while establishing moments of recognition and regular communications to discuss projects, initiatives and progress.
- Instill principles of accountability with point-of-care/clinical employees and enable them to make decisions that fully reflect their level of responsibility and autonomy within their work environment.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process for new employees and the recruitment and retention strategy, in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Ensure team skills development and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage human resources issues in collaboration with HR teams (planning, change management, performance evaluation).
- Implement management practices that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
Quality, safety and compliance
- To be responsible for quality control, ensuring the rigorous application of policies, procedures, standards and legislation applicable in its sector, and to communicate any necessary corrective measures to the resources concerned.
- Update and communicate operational policies and procedures to manage risks.
- Monitor the quality, safety and compliance of service points, and coordinate with Building Management to implement solutions to any issues observed.
The profile we are looking for:
- University degree in business administration or any other training/experience deemed relevan to the position.
- Degree in healthcare and/or 5 years' experience working with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in sleep care, a strong asset.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations management and supervision.
- The candidate must demonstrate exceptional integrity, scrupulously respecting the company's rules of of ethics and professional confidentiality.
