We're seeking a seasoned, service-driven professional to join as General Manager for a well-established and beautifully appointed event venue. As General Manager, you'll oversee the entire operation-from sales and service to event execution and team leadership. You'll be the strategic and hands-on leader responsible for ensuring that every detail reflects excellence and that every event exceeds expectations.

Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations including event execution, guest service, staffing, and facilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across service, culinary, and coordination functions
  • Collaborate with clients and planners to bring events to life, from weddings to corporate functions
  • Ensure smooth coordination of event logistics, vendor partnerships, and on-site execution
  • Monitor and manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, permits, and operational policies
  • Serve as a professional and welcoming representative to clients, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • A confident and experienced leader with 5+ years in hospitality, event, or venue management
  • Skilled in food and beverage operations, with a deep understanding of high-touch service environments
  • Business-savvy, with a strong grasp of financial management and operational strategy
  • Calm under pressure and highly organized, with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence
  • A strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with a diverse team and clientele
  • Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as require
