Description
- Manage day-to-day operations including event execution, guest service, staffing, and facilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across service, culinary, and coordination functions
- Collaborate with clients and planners to bring events to life, from weddings to corporate functions
- Ensure smooth coordination of event logistics, vendor partnerships, and on-site execution
- Monitor and manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, permits, and operational policies
- Serve as a professional and welcoming representative to clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
- A confident and experienced leader with 5+ years in hospitality, event, or venue management
- Skilled in food and beverage operations, with a deep understanding of high-touch service environments
- Business-savvy, with a strong grasp of financial management and operational strategy
- Calm under pressure and highly organized, with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence
