Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in a research/sourcing/executive search function.
• Must have 4 + years plus experience of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience supporting Finance, Retail, High Volume, Executive, Insurance or Technology focused roles
• Experience in using a variety of talent sourcing methodologies and techniques including; social networking channels, talent sourcing tools, job boards & internet networking tools
• Expertise in Data analysis and market intel presentation through data storytelling utilizing Microsoft tools (Excel, Powerpoint and word) and others
• Experience in client management and internal partners relationship management
• Experience in working with KPIs and result driven work environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with Boolean Search Strings.
• Proven track record of successful external headhunting
• Experience in working independently to meet deadlines.
• Experience in presenting data and market intel
• University Degree preferred.
