As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have proven estimating experience, a thorough understanding of health & safety requirements, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-trades. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee project quality control, manage testing requirements, and conduct comprehensive project cost reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets.
  • Request pricing from sub-trades and suppliers.
  • Maintain and enhance client and supplier relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular project cost reviews to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee project quality control and ensure testing requirements are met.
  • Utilize SiteDocs to manage safety documentation and site-specific safety plans.
  • Prepare and present reports using MS Office, particularly Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong estimating experience in construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with SiteDocs or similar safety management software.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
