Millwright PERMANENT Day / Aft. rotation (every 2 weeks)

PAY: up to $40.00/hr to start + benefits from Day 1 + incentive bonuses

LOCATION: Stratford, Ontario

Qualifications:

Red Seal / Inter Provincial Industrial Millwright (433A) certification
Experience working in automotive industry an asset
Experience with Fanuc or Motoman (Yaskawa) robots an asset
Able to identify weld defects and their causes
Knowledge and experience in proper rigging techniques
Knowledge and experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Electrical knowledge in low voltage controls and ability to change sensors, route sensor wires
Knowledge and skill in use of machine shop tools such as vertical mill or lathe to machine parts from print or measurements taken in the field
Able to read and understand blueprints, machine drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings, and electrical prints
Understanding and experience in making simple tool adjustments to weld fixtures
Attention to detail and ability to keep proper documentation of work completed
Motivated self-starter
Any of the following would be an asset: PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, Kaizen, process and cycle time improvements
Willing and able to work assigned shift and overtime as required

Duties:

Repairing and maintaining production equipment
Fabrication and welding
Troubleshooting equipment and processes
Participating in PM program
Complete all maintenance work in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario and industrial regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
