means making a positive impact on our organization by directly influencing our security posture. With your skills in analysis and communication, you contribute to the maintenance and evolution of assets within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

Your role

Define the scope of prioritized business cases for the large team, prior to takeover. Survey stakeholders to confirm their needs and make appropriate links with delivery. Clarify certain cases' grey areas, notably by bringing together the right players around the table for optimal decision-making. Understand end-to-end integration (flows, consumers, authentication, data, etc.) of internal GIA (IAM) components. Document processes clearly and concisely. Support the Bank's application teams (internal clients) in integrating their business applications with various internal IAM (Identity and Access Management) services. Work in a continuously evolving environment, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Mastering the integration patterns/recipes of internal IAM (Identity and Access Management), identifying the most suitable ones regarding the needs of the application teams and the operational viability, efficiency, and required security constraints. Contribute to advancing analysis practices within the team. Have a high-level and 360-degree view of assets.

Prerequisites

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience as a project delivery analyst in IT and/or cybersecurity. Strong experience in identity and access management (IAM). Previous work experience with SailPoint's Identity IQ tool. Proven experience within teams responsible for developing complex software solutions, including back-end services (micro-service architecture) and client interfaces. Knowledge of the following tools and concepts is an asset: Azure AD, CyberArk, SSO (Single Sign-On).
