About the Opportunity

It is to service the entire office, all departments administratively, whatever they need (mostly filing both paper and electronically)

Reception duties – open the locked front door, greet visitors, accept deliveries, prepare meeting rooms (set up coffee/water, take out coffee/water)

Attend meetings and take minutes

Doing up the paperwork to pay invoices

Helping managers prepare for their meetings, reminders, photocopying, scanning

Able to stock supplies

Other duties as assigned

About You

Proficient administrative assistance experience

Salary $70,000 - $85,000/year
