About the RoleAs our Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You'll help keep the office organized by managing customer communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the business.

Position Highlights- Part-time, office-based position
- Preferred schedule (flexible for the right candidate):
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday
- 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Hours fluctuate throughout the year based on seasonal business needs
- Additional hours may be available during our busy spring, fall irrigation, and Christmas lighting seasons
- Answer customer phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, scheduling, and account information
- Schedule estimates, service appointments, and consultations
- Update customer records, scheduling changes, cancellations, and service notes
- Enter work orders and appointments into company software
- Monitor and return voicemail messages
- Contact customers regarding upcoming appointments and seasonal services
- Process seasonal renewals and customer correspondence
- Follow up on outstanding customer balances
- Collect payment information for processing by the Office Manager
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized customer files
- Provide general administrative support and assist with additional office duties as needed
Requirements
What You'll Bring- 1-3 years of experience in administration, reception, customer service, or office support
- Confidence handling a high volume of customer inquiries by phone and email
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience coordinating with an Office Manager, service team, and customers
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Experience using CRM or scheduling software is considered an asset
- Prior experience in a similar industry is considered an asset
Benefits
- $20.00-$23.00/hour
- Flexible part-time work
