We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Specialist to lead the content creation efforts across multiple channels including digital, print, and video. This role requires a proactive individual capable of owning the entire content lifecycle from strategy to execution. The Content Specialist will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to craft compelling content that drives engagement and supports our brand objectives.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, objectives, and target audience.
  • Manage content creation across various platforms including websites, social media, newsletters, and printed materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create content that effectively communicates the value proposition and engages the target audience.
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay informed of current trends in content marketing and adopt best practices that enhance content effectiveness.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and recommend improvements or changes in strategy as needed.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels.
  • Manage a content calendar and ensure a consistent, ongoing flow of high-quality content.

Requirements

We want you to succeed so you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on SEO strategies.
  • Strong portfolio of published or produced content pieces.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to develop content strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading content initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively across different teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM principles to enhance content visibility and drive engagement.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

This position is a full-time temporary position for 3-months initially, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year

Please note that the base pay offered may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and experience, as well as business and organizational needs.
