Join us as a Marketing Analyst at a leading agricultural technology company, where your analytical expertise will be pivotal in advancing our marketing campaigns and enhancing customer engagement. In this position, you will oversee the development of reporting dashboards, conduct market research, and collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to craft strategic plans. You will also play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our CRM data through systematic optimization. This role is perfect for those ready to make an impact in a dynamic industry through data-driven decision-making.

What you will do:

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all marketing activities, including customer engagement metrics.
  • Design and implement A/B tests across multiple channels and customer touchpoints to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze customer data to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategic plans that leverage data-driven insights to drive marketing and business objectives, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of CRM data by implementing regular maintenance practices.

Requirements

We want you to succeed so you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or agricultural sectors.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, data visualization, and the ability to manage and create analytical reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in personal career development and a commitment to contributing to innovative solutions within a fast-paced industry.
  • Experience with automating business processes and working with AI is a plus.

Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year

Please note that the base pay offered may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and experience, as well as business and organizational needs.
