- Build and manage relationships with companies that act as feeder partners: power providers, infrastructure vendors, and technology platforms.
- – Lead end-to-end journey design using methodologies like Double Diamond and JTBD
- – Develop service blueprints linking customer pain points to capabilities and risks
- – Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows, synthesis, and overall efficiency
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for data centre infrastructure categories.
- Translate program demand signals into purchase orders, delivery schedules, and procurement milestones.
- Own vendor commercial relationships, including performance management and renewals.
