- Lead continuous improvement activities for billing accuracy and compliance
- Support team with conflict resolution related to billing requests
- Establish targets for key metrics and support team to meet billing targets
- Own and maintain the CRM end to end: deal stages, contact profiles, interaction logs, pipeline reporting.
- Support the COO in prospecting data centre sites: research power availability, fiber connectivity, land.
- Execute systematic follow-up on every lead, referral, and introduction. Coordinate with Bell's national sales.
- – Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for clients.
- – Develop and implement tailored cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
