- Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and automation.
- – Architect and document scalable Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise clients.
- – Manage external partners to ensure alignment with architectural standards and timelines.
- – Design integrations between Amazon Connect and AWS services, enhancing customer experience.
