- – Support day-to-day HR coordination across multiple client accounts and projects.
- – Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling, and communications.
- – Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy for reporting and audits.
- – Curate and edit content for The Lede and BellMedia.ca to enhance engagement.
- – Manage internal and external communications for Sales, including press releases.
- – Develop initiatives to support Bell Media PR team and amplify communication efforts.
- Provide guidance and oversight to QC microbiology and environmental monitoring staff.
- Administer the environmental monitoring program throughout the facility.
- Ensure training of microbiology and environmental monitoring programs is up to date.
