SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken English

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent is responsible for the operation and implementation of various programs and reports. They contribute to optimizing the skills development function while focusing on the technological and logistical integration of the various training programs offered within the Network. They participate in the planning, design, coordination, and evaluation of training and orientation programs, while helping to regularly update the program schedule and content as well as the implementation of monitoring and performance indicators for training activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, administration or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and knowledge of other software used within the Network;
  • Experience coordinating training programs and managing data, an asset;
  • Information technology skills, including online training and digital learning;
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions;
  • Ability to coordinate distance learning projects;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to establish priorities;
  • Autonomy, initiative, and leadership;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
