Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Casual, ongoing shifts
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations by loading and unloading product, organizing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, palletizing items, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

This position requires someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Palletize products for storage or shipment
• Assist with light cleaning and general warehouse upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or general labour experience considered an asset
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more unassisted
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• CSA-approved safety boots required
