Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Casual, ongoing shifts
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations for a company that supplies workwear and safety gear. This role involves loading and unloading product, organizing stock, picking and packing orders, palletizing items, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products safely and accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Organize and maintain stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Palletize products for storage or shipping as required
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general stock management
• Perform light cleaning and general warehouse upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or shipping experience considered an asset
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more unassisted
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• CSA-approved safety boots required
