NOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY :Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the incumbent helps achieve Vitalité Health Network's strategic objectives by developing, coordinating and implementing integrated communications strategies designed to inform, rally and engage the organization's various internal and external audiences. Serving as a partner-advisor, they support the Network's departments, programs and sectors in planning and implementing their communication initiatives. They oversee the development of clear, consistent messages tailored to the needs of different audiences, while ensuring that these messages align with strategic directions and organizational priorities.
The incumbent coordinates the creation, production and distribution of content and communication tools across various platforms, particularly digital ones, to maximize the reach, understanding and impact of messages. Their responsibilities also include managing the Network's digital tools (website, newsletter and digital displays).

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in strategic communications;
  • Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered;
  • Strong skills in planning, project management and coordinating complex matters;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-faceted communication strategies;
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills;
  • Creativity, a flair for innovation and the ability to propose solutions tailored to organizational challenges;
  • Independence, sound judgment, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Commitment to excellence, results and continuous improvement;
  • Monitor trends and best practices in communication;
  • Measure and analyze the results of communication initiatives and develop recommendations for improvement;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
