As we continue to expand our international operations, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and contribute to the efficient operation of our corporate office in New Brunswick, Canada.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive operational support to the Senior Management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, customers, suppliers, and business partners worldwide.
- Draft and review professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate communications across departments and international offices.
- Increase the marketing base for the company.
- Operations
- Preliminary Market Research, Data compilation and analysis.
- Understanding corporate financial statements (Balance sheets, Income statements, Cash Flow Statements).
- Maintain confidential records, contracts, and corporate documentation.
- Assist in management reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Assist with special projects, market events, trade exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Track project milestones and support executive follow-up activities.
- Liaise with external service providers and vendors as required.
- Assist with procurement, invoice processing, and expense management.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Commerce or associated degree.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or international business environment preferred.
- Experience in Edible Oil /Industrial processing equipment, engineering and manufacturing companies is necessary.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Minimum of ELTS score of C1-C2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience coordinating international travel and global business communications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in engineering, industrial manufacturing, process equipment, or plant projects.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and document management platforms.

Salary Range (New Brunswick, Canada): CAD $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and industry background + Bonuses.
