SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition, the incumbent serves as a lead partner in managment recruitment. They play a key role in developing, implementing and optimizing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and selecting management staff at all levels of the organization. They serve as a strategic advisor to the organization to ensure alignment between current and future needs, organizational objectives and staffing initiatives, against a backdrop of labour shortages and the organization's constantly changing needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in marketing or business administration;
- Master's degree in marketing or business administration, an asset;
- Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment, marketing or client advisory services;
- Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered;
- Comfortable using the Microsoft 365 suite and other software used within the Network;
- Ability to use and optimize the use of digital recruitment tools and HR systems;
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies;
- Ability to analyze HR data and make results-based decisions;
- Ability to manage change and thrive in a changing environment;
- Knowledge of hospital recruitment issues and labour law;
- Experience working with a variety of partners and organizations;
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously;

- Motivating leadership and the ability to positively influence teams and partners;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creativity in approaches to attracting and retaining talent;
