We invite you to join the Parks New Brunswick team! You will have the opportunity to welcome people from around the world who are eager to explore our beautiful province. Parks New Brunswick manages twelve (12) properties around the province and provides a wide range of services to residents and visitors.
What you will do:
Reporting to the Retail Coordinator and Buyer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of four (4) to six (6) employees
- Assigning work schedules
- Assisting in the hiring process
- Collecting data (inventory) and reports, and keeping them updated
- Providing customer service
- Using inventory and product sales software
- Setting up and following up on vendor files
- Other duties as directed
Who you are:
Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:
Required Competencies:
- Completion of grade 10
- Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Excel and Word software
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

Wage:
$28.72 per hour

Work environment:
- Office location: Area 506 Container Village Store, Saint John
- Working up to forty (40) hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Attending to clients' needs in a professional and efficient manner
- Moving light to medium weight merchandise
