Title: Warehouse Reach Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Location: Saint-Laurent, Qc

The Warehouse Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations within a refrigerated facility. Associates will work in temperatures of approximately -22°C while ensuring safe and efficient handling of products and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start, dressed in clean attire that meets all safety requirements, including high-visibility clothing and steel-toed footwear.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload LTL trucks safely and promptly.
• Assist with Canadian Food Inspection procedures under the supervision of the Operations Manager and CFIA Inspectors.
• Operate a narrow-aisle double-deep Raymond reach forklift.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse product locations and inventory organization.
• Ensure accurate and secure loading of trucks while following all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse and work areas.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Raymond Reach forklift certification with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal Record Check may be required during onboarding.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory.
