Job Title: Class 1 Truck Driver
Location: Longueuil/ Granby QC

Shift: Different shifts and start times (Will provide upon Interview)
Pay: $75.00 per round trip (3 hours)
Overtime applies after 60 hours/week

Additional Premiums:

• Drop-off Rate: +$25.00
• Shunting: +$6.25 per move
• Waiting Time: +$25.00
• Lantic Flat Rate: $143.75 (when route is available)

We are looking for experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience to join our team. In this role, you will handle regional and inter-factory deliveries, ensuring goods are transported safely, efficiently, and on time. Your contributions will be essential in upholding our commitment to high-quality service and reliability across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure trucks and trailers are in optimal condition
• Meet delivery schedules while providing exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate knowledge of Greater Montreal area roads
• Safely load, unload, and secure cargo during transport
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records, ensuring clear communication with headquarters
• Uphold courteous and professional interactions with clients
• Drive responsibly, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience (general freight experience is an asset)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions on the road
• Knowledge of preventive and fuel-efficient driving techniques
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
