The Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park is New Brunswick's top attraction. The Hopewell Rocks is located along the coast of the World-Famous Bay of Fundy attracts over 350,000 visitors from around the world every year.
What you will do:
As a member of the Hopewell Rocks team, the successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Selling and verifying admission passes
- Operating the POS cash system and troubleshooting related issues
- Greeting guests and providing them with information on the park and its facilities both in person and on the telephone
- Handling cash and operating payment terminals
- Balancing and reconciling sales and monies
- Preparing deposits and related documents
- Following opening and closing procedures for the admissions kiosks
- Keeping a clean and tidy workspace
- Leading your team as required
- Performing other related tasks as required
Who you are:
You are approachable and helpful, and you enjoy building genuine connections with people while striving to exceed our customers' expectations.
You have the following skills:
- Strong Client Service Orientation with excellent communication skills
- Patient with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working with a POS system
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and troubleshooting problems independently
Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:
Required Competencies:
- Completion of grade 10
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and spoken competence in French is required. Please state your language capability.
Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration. Please ensure that preferred language for assessment is identified on your resume.
Nice to have:
- Possession of a valid Emergency First Aid/CPR certificate
- Experience in the retail industry and/or the tourism industry

Wage:
$25.67 per hour

- Working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
