Manager, Supply Planning - Mobile

The Manager, Supply Planning - Mobile leads a team responsible for end-to-end inventory planning and management of mobile devices and accessories. This role develops and executes short- and long-term supply plans to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, supporting sales, optimizing inventory, and minimizing risk. As the Manager, Supply Planning - Mobile, you'll oversee inventory across all channels, including retail, manage new product launches and product end-of-life, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply planning team
  • Own and execute supply plans aligned with demand, inventory targets, and business priorities
  • Manage inventory flow across all channels to ensure availability and reduce excess or obsolete stock
  • Lead weekly SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) discussions with cross-functional partners to drive alignment and performance
  • Oversee product lifecycle planning, including new device launches and end-of-life strategies
  • Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience leading people and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and ERP platforms
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply planning and inventory control
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (SCMP or equivalent is an asset)
  • Experience in telecommunications, mobile devices, or electronics is a strong asset
