Proper Barber Club is not a traditional barbershop. We are a membership-based grooming club built around consistency, craftsmanship, and community. Our model creates long-term relationships between members and barbers while providing a more stable and predictable career path for professionals. As our membership continues to grow, we are seeking licensed Barbers and Master Barbers who take pride in their craft and want to be part of building something meaningful.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base wage of $25/hour
• $2,000 signing bonus payable after 90 days
• Performance bonus of $5 per active member
• Extended health benefits and vision care after six months

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional haircuts, beard services, and traditional barbering treatments
• Build long-term relationships with members
• Follow Proper's service standards and member experience protocols
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with fellow barbers to build a strong club culture
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
• Contribute ideas that improve the member experience and service offerings

Qualifications

• Nova Scotia licensed Barber or Hairstylist
• Strong barbering and grooming skills
• Professional appearance and communication
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Passion for craftsmanship and client experience
• Interest in growing with a long-term brand
