Job Details:
This position is responsible for leading our program delivery to Paladin's retail and office tower clients across the Greater Toronto Area. The Director will oversee a team, both within the office and in the field, whom they will empower to manage multiple portfolios of clients and hundreds of security officers working within their market.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Law & Security Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial/national standards on fire safety, building codes, security , and protection of privacy.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in security, retail or commercial towers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Willingness to obtain their CPP
- Willingness to become an active member of ASIS
- Willingness to participate in ASIS and BOMA meetings
